Dear Friends,

Welcome to St. Bernadette Catholic Church. It is a great joy to serve as pastor of this close-knit parish at the heart of Bayou Vista. Whether you have been part of St. Bernadette for many years, are new to our community, or are returning to the Catholic Church, please know that you are welcome here.

Our mission is simple and enduring: Glorifying God, Saving Souls. We strive to live this mission by placing Christ at the center of our worship, our families, and our life together. Through the celebration of the Eucharist, the Sacraments, prayer, Faith Formation, and service to one another, we seek to grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

I invite you to join us for Holy Mass, spend time with Jesus in our Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, and discover the many ways you can become part of parish life. Whether you feel called to deepen your faith, serve through a ministry, or simply find a quiet place to pray, there is a place for you at St. Bernadette.

As your neighborhood parish, we are here to walk with you through every season of life. I look forward to welcoming you personally and seeing you at Mass or around our parish community.

May God bless you and your family.

To Christ Through Mary,
